On this page, we have added some resources that clients may find useful. There are Spotify playlists, audio recordings, and some tip sheets. We are always on the lookout for new items to share with clients, so please let us know if there is something helpful that we can add.

Our Spotify Playlists

During the COVID pandemic, the Next Chapter team and clients collaboratively created our first Spotify playlist, Bruised Not Broken. The name beautifully captured the determined but exhausted spirit of our community. Since then, our Spotify presence has come to represent a larger message of hope and resilience for those impacted by mental health challenges.

Bruised Not Broken got so big we had to split it into Part I and Part II. We also have a Chill playlist, often heard in the Next Chapter waiting room, as well as Sleep Tracks, Cleaning and Strut Songs! Click the button below to explore our playlists.

Audio Recordings

Below are some relaxation audio files but only use them if you have tried and successfully completed the exercises with your therapist. Even if you have previously been okay with an exercise, please be cautious. If you begin to feel “lost” or extremely uncomfortable during the exercise, bring yourself out of it. Open your eyes, move your body, reconnect with the physical world around you. Contact numbers for support services can be found on the Help Lines & Forums page.
